Swan brand plastic 8 litre (2Gallon) hot water urn. Will boil and maintain water temperature. Made of plastic, so some yellowing of lid and handles, though it was little used and stored in a wardrobe for the last few years.

Caravan stabiliser hitch handle (Chorley Moor PR7)

Rather dated now. Designed to replace existing handle of Alko 2004 and 3004 hitches. This is the handle that engages the stabiliser in the towball. Intended to be removable and used for cars with overhanging spare wheel which would normally impede engagement of a standard hitch.

This is an extending hedge trimmer for trimming tall hedges. I have had it for a few years but can only recall using it twice. Problem for me is it is too heavy for me to use comfortably any more as I needed to use it at it's maximum length. It is corded so needs to be plugged in. Would be better for someone younger and stronger.

A small battery charger suitable for charging standard lead acid batteries from 6 to 40 Ah. I uesd to use it for small lead acid batteries like the sort used in burglar alarms, stair lifts, maybe powered wheelchairs etc. Been stored for some time but seems to be working when tested with a voltmeter.

Ring brand lead acid battery jump starter. Also useful as emergency light, usb charger and also 12v cigarette socket outlet. 33aH battery, rated at 800 amps. Supposed to jump start up to 3.5 litre engines but would not start a 3 litre diesel, so I suppose this claim only applies to petrol cars. Fully charged reads 12.75v, so should be good. It is very heavy!

One metre square drip tray . Useful for leaky cars. Also has other uses such as mixing cement. Apart from sitting under a car with no leaks, this one has seen no action. You often see them in aircraft hangers under vintage aircraft.

Alko trailer/caravan stabiliser removable handle (Chorley Moor PR7)

This is a removable handle for alko 2004/3004 models of caravan/ trailer hitches. I imagine these models are now obsolete. It is designed for cars with spare wheels mounted on the rear doors, such as a land rover defender. With these vehicles it was not possible to raise the original handle fully. This snaps on and off to get around this. May still be of use to someone still using these hitches.

Steel bike rack for 5 bikes. Floor standing, though I imagine it could be screwed to a wall as well as the floor. 1.4 metres (55 in) long. Has been used indoors. No longer required. Not very heavy.

Garmin 820 GPS device (Chorley Moor PR7)

A Cycling GPS device. This is now been replaced by the 830. This is undoubtedly a good thing as this device never worked to my satisfaction. I suspect it was a dud product, but Garmin persevered with it. They replaced my first one with this one, but it still wasn't up to scratch. I wanted it purely for navigation, but it wasn't that good, and would sometimes freeze. I have since replaced it with a different make! The computer facilities, such as speed, distance, elevation etc all work, but I didn't want it for these. It was however an expensive purchase and ought to be functional. If anyone would like to be bothered using it, or maybe has experience with the same model and feels they can use it successfully it will save it being thrown away.
