LG Washing Machine (Gatley SK8) Was working when removed on 1 March. It spins but perhaps not at top speed. Instruction manual present. No transit bolts, so best to transport upright. Very heavy, will need two people.

Large outdoor table & 4 chairs (Gatley SK8) Gifted A 150 cm diameter table and four chairs with cushions. The table top is made of strips of wood, which are going rotten. An enterprising person could replace the top. The chairs are all useable, however one is quite tatty and I've tried to show this in the photos. This was originally a six-seater set and will easily accommodate six people. Please note that the table is very large - 1.5 metres across - and will require suitable transport.

Close coupled WC (Gatley SK8) Gifted No cracks or chips. The toilet has been removed now and the cistern is separated from the pan. All fittings are present for reassembly.

Porcelain Floor Tiles - 3.375 sq m (Gatley SK8) Gifted I bought too many! High quality porcelain floor tiles in wood effect. Type is Jinkoh OU03 9 tiles in total, each one is 150cm x 25cm, total of 3.375 sq metres. Would suit downstairs toilet project?

Mitre Block and Saw (Gatley SK8) Expired Does anyone have a mitre block and saw they don't need please? It would be used for cutting skirting board.

Compact WC & Cloakroom Basin (Gatley SK8) Gifted Modern 600mm projection WC and Basin The WC seat is OK but you may want to replace it, as the hinges are a bit tatty. The basin is 35cm x 25cm, needs new taps and a waste. Designed for wall mounting, does not require a pedestal.

Tile Cement (Gatley SK8) Gifted Mapei, over 50% left from a 20kg bag. Bought from Screwfix. This is the powder type that you mix with water.
