1.5 kilo bag of wholemeal flour (New Malden KT3) Gifted 26d - A 1.5k bag of stoneground wholemeal flour, opened but unused, well out of date (2011) but still usable for coating fish, meat, etc before deep frying. We got 2 bags and are still working our way through the first one.

Bars of soap (New Malden KT3) Gifted 33d - Two bars of Imperial Leather soap, one unopened, one opened.

Cotbed Mattress (New Malden KT3) Gifted 106d - A "Little Green Sheep" dual sided, pocket sprung cotbed mattress from John Lewis, 140X70X10cms. It cost around £160 when bought new. The mattress was rarely used but, has been stored against a wall throughout the winter and has collected a large patch of mould on one side. It has been professionally cleaned so no longer has mould but the mould stain remains. The other side is pristine. This may be useful for animal bedding.

Cuttlefish bones (New Malden KT3) Expired 207d - A few cuttlefish bones, some whole some broken. Can be used in jewellery making as moulds for making small metal objects.

Old Harmonica (New Malden KT3) Expired 216d - An old "Hero" harmonica, made in China. Works fine but the metal cover on both sides has come loose and needs a couple of small screws to fix it.

Lace roman blind curtain (New Malden KT3) Gifted 231d - A cream lace window curtain which pulls up like a roman blind. Approx L135cm X W90cm. Clean and good condition.

Hand made and carved wooden chair (New Malden KT3) Gifted 231d - A beautiful hand carved wooden chair with the maker's initial "D" (for Dorothy) in the centre of the seat. Unfortunately, the chair needs some restructuring or the back needs reinforcing as it falls back when you lean back on it. A woodwork project possibly.

Decorative cache pot/plant pot (New Malden KT3) Gifted 231d - A medium size cache pot, not sure what it's made of but painted to look like bronze. Some paint has rubbed off. Could be touched up.

Cardboard moving boxes (New Malden KT3) Expired 244d - Two large and one medium sized cardboard boxes for moving or storing stuff. Can be unfolded for transporting. Will be recycled Thursday if not taken.

Old Collins Thesaurus (New Malden KT3) Expired 305d - An old Collins paperback thesaurus. The binding is loose and the cover shows wear and tear but all the pages are there and in tact. Could be a bookbinding project for someone on a book binding course.

Recipe booklets (New Malden KT3) Expired 305d - A large collection of recipe booklets from newspaper supplements. Recipes are by famous UK chefs.

Fabric odds and ends for quilting or craft projects (New Malden KT3) Gifted 309d - Fabric odds and ends for craft projects or quilting - includes blue denim from jeans.

Beads, sequins, beading thread (New Malden KT3) Gifted 326d - I have some old small and large beads, sequins, silver thread and some broken necklaces and bracelets. Also a large black but damaged jewellery box. The box shows wear and tear and the lock is damaged but you can still close and open it. It is lined with bright red interior and has a lift out section. Could be an upcycle project. No photo I'm afraid.

floor/standard lamp (New Malden KT3) Gifted 1y - A standard lamp with a satin metal base and shaft and two glazed glass lamps that switch on independently, a large and a smaller one. Both lights work but the screw mechanism that holds the top larger lamp shade upright has sheared off and probably fallen into the shaft. This means that the shade drops forward at a 45 degree angle making the lamp unstable and it is quite heavy. The lamp was expensive (approx £200 around 10-12 years ago from John Lewis). It is an interesting art deco design and gives out subtle or strong light depending on whether you switch on only one or both lamps. We would go on using it but as we now have very young grand children visiting regularly, it is too unstable to have around. Maybe someone with engineering skills could repair it. Welcome to come and see it if you think you could use it.

Curtain pole (New Malden KT3) Gifted 1y - A wrought iron curtain pole with brackets and one arrow shaped finial, small circumference, quite heavy.

Chest of drawers (New Malden KT3) Gifted 1y - An IKEA chest of 5 drawers, white, in good condition, clean, sturdy. Transport needed when collecting.

Ikea Chest of Drawers (New Malden KT3) Expired 1y - IKEA white 5 drawer chest of drawers. The top drawer front has come off but could be glued back. A dent in one side but otherwise good condition and sturdy. We had it inside a walk in wardrobe.

Chrome Shower Tidy (New Malden KT3) Expired 1y - A three tiered chrome shower/kitchen rack, triangular shape so that it fits in a corner, screws to wall or freestanding, a few rusty bits here and there but still sturdy and usable.

Lace Roman Blind (New Malden KT3) Expired 1y - A cream coloured frilly lace roman blind for a smallish window. Very good condition. Hardly used.

Curtain pole (New Malden KT3) Gifted 1y - A short wooden curtain pole with brackets and removable finials for a narrow window or for hanging a door curtain to keep out draughts, Length 62cms, Circumference 11cms. New condition.

Roman blinds (New Malden KT3) Expired 1y - We have 3 fully lined roman blinds, on batons and with rods, loops and drawstrings in place (though the strings will need sorting out as they have become tangled. The colour is pale duck egg blue and the fabric is corded cotton from John Lewis. There is some sun bleaching on parts that were exposed and dust marks at the bottom. The drop for all three is approx: 148 cms. Two of the blinds have width approx: 59.5 cms. The third blind has Width approx: 86.5 cms. (New malden KT3 5AN)

Waterproof ski mitts (New Malden KT3) Expired 1y - A pair of red waterproof ski mitts, not very fluffy lining but fully waterproof.

Rods and batons for roman blinds (New Malden KT3) Gifted 1y - Two wooden batons (Length 71cms) for roman blinds with velcro and metal loops attached. Also lots of various sized rods for roman blinds.
