Ideally If someone can use the ‘frame’ of this lampshade and recover it, that would be the thing. It is fairly worn, gold coloured silk- can be exhibited as is if you don’t mind a shabby look. It’s about 18” W at the base. Will fit a standard tall wire lampshade holder fitting. Can deliver t as far as South Edinburgh is necessary

Extending dining table (Newington EH8)

Think it’s mahogany 146cmL extending to 192cm with a central panel that slots in. 91cmW and 72cm H, it’s nice and low for dining as well as quite narrow so very economical in size whilst easily sitting 8, maybe 10. The polished surface has suffered in the last couple of years from careless staining so would need buffing- would be an easy project for the right person. One of the clips to hold the extending panel in place on one side appears to be seized. Don’t know if that could be freed up? Free to go and uplift from Newington flat, 2nd floor. Could maybe offer local van delivery next week.

It’s pretty heavy because of the manual recliner mechanism underneath. Lovely for naps and reclining. Reason for recycling is that we’re needing a bigger sofa bed for the family.
