Free: Big calendar (Podsmead GL1) Expired - Hi folks, I feel bad for offering it today, but it's most useful before January. I need a digital calendar as I have memory issues. Even if I write things on a paper calendar, I'll forget to check it, so that's why I need a shared digital calendar with reminder beeps, so my husband can also remind me of things. (I'm basically Dory)

Free: No-tie shoelaces (Podsmead GL1) Gifted - Used for when my son couldn't tie shoe laces. Also good for adults with manual dexterity issues. Red and white, mixed lengths. Photo showing how to use them borrowed from eBay.

Free: Broken rusting dishwasher (Podsmead GL1) Expired - Not fit for use really, but it still functioned. The baskets are rusted through in places, and the plate racks are cable tied in place and other parts covered in shrink wrap to slow the damage. Rust is leaking from the bottom of the door too. BUT if you have a scrap metal business, you might want it. Or maybe you're a repair person, there were no electronic gremlins or glitches, so the control board and similar internals should be fine.

Free: For leather crafts. Damaged leather sofa (Podsmead GL1) Expired - The sofa itself has died, the seats are held together by denim patches and hope. Some of the wooden supports are snapped, and the seat padding is topped up with pillows and foam forced into the base. This damage was started by my late dog, who honestly ate parts of the leather when she panicked, then made worse by having a very clumsy child and about 15 rescued rabbits since then. Bunnies dig, scratch and have no manners. 🐇🤣 So the seats themselves are in my opinion unsalvageable. The back of this sofa is however pretty flawless black genuine leather. It was a DFS 5 place L corner sofa. I thought maybe a leather crafts person might want it? Or if you need furniture feet, or the connection parts, come and remove parts, or the whole thing. Your choice. Preferably before it rains.

Free: TomTom satnav (Podsmead GL1) Gifted - Gone, will be collected when maps are updated. ******** It still works, but only when plugged in as the battery doesn't hold charge well anymore. Requires a micro usb cable, I'd rather keep my cable, but if you don't have one I'll include it. Lists petrol stations, electric car points and speed cameras near you. Not updated for a while, but should still be free to update as was sold as maps for life, my husband will do for you if you can wait until after Christmas. No longer needed as my car has a satnav in the stereo. Couple of scratches, but works like it should.

Free: False nails, plain (Podsmead GL1) Expired - Basic false nails, in a french tip sort of style. No glue included, I bought these as they were reduced price, so was the cheapest way for me to buy nail glue. Says 24 but there are more like 35 of them, as i had 2 boxes and used some with nail art stickers.

Free: Hive leak sensor for parts (Podsmead GL1) Expired - It worked perfectly but hive turned off the system, so it's only use would be potentially stripping for parts? Does anyone here make circuit board crafts?

Free: Salter wok pan, big (Podsmead GL1) Expired - Our old wok, that sadly our teenager damaged the non stick on by using a metal spoon. 🫣 Works on pretty much any cooker type. Better than no pan, but sadly has that bare patch. Maybe good as a camping spare, or might suit a toddler mud kitchen. Or maybe just the lid for a pan you've lost the lid for? Any clever uses to avoid landfill.

Free: IKEA sortera storage box, no lid. (Podsmead GL1) Expired - One IKEA sortera box, no lid. IKEA still sell them (but only with lids), so it might be useful to someone. Was used for dog toys, but we've scaled back the number of toys she has as she's an older doggo now. Picture with hand for idea of size.

Free: Fairy lights (read please) (Podsmead GL1) Expired - 400 bulbs, only about 1/3 of them work. The plug does multiple patterns, the lights themselves are outside lights, but the plug must stay dry. I couldn't find a steady/solid pattern to take a good photo sorry. I'm not sure if some clever, patient soul could cut out the damaged sections, and re solder and seal to end up with 150ish blue and white lights? If you do that, please never use outside again. If you wanted, you could put them in a coloured/frosted glass jar or bottle to make a light feature, and you'd not see the dead bulbs. Or maybe just the plug is useful to you. Bobbin thingymabob not included (I'll need it for our replacement lights in January sorry), but I'll wrap onto a big bit of cardboard so it's not an absolutely chaotic mess though.

Free: Car audio leads etc (Podsmead GL1) Gifted - Parts for wiring a car stereo to an amplifier. I can't tell you what most of it is. I don't mind if you want the lot, or just something specific. Some loomed up cables I'd say are phono leads. A really huge fuse thing, two junction box looking parts, an auxiliary blade type fuse board/box and other random things.

Free: Little light, PIR type (Podsmead GL1) Gifted - This was in our camper van, in a cupboard. It used to come on automatically when the cupboard door opened, as the little sensor in the middle of the light could see movement. No longer does, but I reckon it just needs newer batteries? I don't need it as have got a proper light system in the van now. As photos show, you can turn it on manually, by removing the back cover and flicking switch from Auto to Continuous, or Off. Maybe good for a shed? Or again in a cupboard?

Request: Rabbit or guinea pig food or supplies (Podsmead GL1) Expired - If anyone has any part used bunny food they no longer need in Gloucester, I can make use of it. I see posts like the ones I've added screenshot of quite often on FB marketplace, but they'll be 50+ miles away. We have 4 rabbits and 3 guinea pigs, and between them they can eat a lot of food. It's the sort of thing people leave in a shed and forget about if a pet passes away, or nearly full bags of food getting binned if your bunny or guinea pig doesn't like it and refused to eat it. With 7 little floofs, it's almost guaranteed one of them will like it. Things like vetbed fleecey mats or small hutch liners are also useful for us, as some of the pets are elderly and have minor disabilities. Just to clarify, they all have enough food, I'm just trying to cut my bills if I can and reduce landfill if anything was destined for the bin. :) (Ps, only one pet was "bought" all the others were rescues and adoptions. I promise I'm not a pet hoarder.)

Request: Car dog guard and boot liner (Podsmead GL1) Expired - We've recently changed from a Mini to a VW Golf. If anyone in Gloucester area happens to have a universal dog gaurd they aren't using, we'd love to re-home it. Maybe even a big rubber boot liner/tray? Something from another big booted estate will probably work, if it's too big I would trim the edges. It's a golf estate, model mk7. The reason we want a guard is that our dog is a big girl, in a crash she needs to be restrained. She cannot wear a harness, happy to explain why. Please and thank you. Request: 19v output UK power supply (Podsmead GL1) Expired - Looking for a cable like this, but with a UK plug? It's for a Eufy Robovac 30c. Bought this vacuum second hand, with a couple of common faults I've fixed, but I can hear the plug sparking, which really is not good. I don't know if it's the black lead EU plug at fault, or the white converter. But it would be much safer with a proper UK plug. Does anyone happen to have a UK plugged cable with 19v output please? I've included close ups on the label to compare input/output levels on. Sadly no cables I have in the house are the correct sort.

Free: Beanies birthday cake flavoured coffee (Podsmead GL1) Expired - We got this, sounded nice but it's not for us. Used 4 cups worth, a mug each, twice just to make sure I still hated it. 😂 I like some of the other beanies, but not this.

Free: 2 frying pans. (Podsmead GL1) Gifted - 2 identical looking pans. Both 11 inches wide, non stick coating is in good condition. We were camping in Devon until yesterday, and these were abandoned for 2 days after another camper left, so I wombled them to save from landfill. No branding on them, scratched on bottom but very much useable condition still. No good for us, as we have an induction cooker (at home and for the campervan) and they both come up as "error". Anyone want to save one or both of them?

Free: Xmas tree, maybe for a community project or charity? (Podsmead GL1) Expired - Hi guys, this is a weird one, but if you work or volunteer for a community project or charity that has space for a 12 to 14 feet tall real tree this yuletide, get in touch. Or even a family that has really high ceilings? The chap in the photo is 5foot 10, to give you an idea how big it is. Or maybe you're a florist that could get the tree and use all the branches in wreaths or Yule bouquets? It's not a needle dropping sort of tree, and cut twigs keep their colour for a couple of weeks. I'm unsure exactly what species it is, sorry. I think it was sold as Canadian something. The catch is that you need to chop it down, and take it away yourself, I don't think I am strong enough to do this alone. I'm happy to turn on the outside power sockets if you want to use an electric saw. Ideally the collector is to come in November to early December. We planted the tree as a 2ft baby 15 years ago, but the last couple of years it has become a problem as it's just too big for us to decorate or to prune. As you can see it occupies most of our tiny garden. I strongly believe that we need trees not just the modern trend of no plants, fake grass and paving slabs. So We will put a live fir/spruce tree 🌲 back in the garden (and still decorate for December), but we've decided that this time it will be a potted one, and by having control of the roots we can limit the new tree at a manageable 8ft or under.

Free: Usb extension (Podsmead GL1) Gifted - Like the ebay screenshots, but used. Came with a second hand car stereo I bought, but I wanted a rectangular pair of usb ports so I could fit it in an existing hole in my car. I think this works, it charges phones fine, unsure on data (eg Android auto) as my phone won't do it.

Request: Foam mats or heater for pool (Podsmead GL1) Expired - Hello freegle, Does anyone have a couple of packs of old foam mats? I have a 6ft circular pool, but only enough mats for about a third of the floor. No rush, as my pool is set up currently, and I won't be collapsing until the weather cools off. (have a filter pump on a time clock) Photos aren't mine. Taken from marketplace, sorry. Also, if anyone happens to have a solar heater for a pool, even faulty that I could repair, I would love to rehome one. I like to float in our pool as it makes my fibromyalgia bareable. An electric heater is okay, but I couldn't repair it unless the fault was known. Don't want to electrocute anyone. Please, and thank you reading.

Request: Electric wire for cars (Podsmead GL1) Expired - Hello, does anyone local have some black and red power cable please? I'm wanting to hide a vehicle tracker (because of car thefts) and extend a cable for my reverse camera as the ebay power cable was far too short. 😢 Thanks guys.

Request: Modern ish car stereo (Podsmead GL1) Expired - As you can hopefully see, I have fm radio and a tape deck. I would love to have a stereo with built in Bluetooth, a touch screen screen would be great, so I could wire up a parking camera, or maybe satnav, or dab. I'm of course, not hoping for something with all the modern things, but I can dream. I understand its a big ask, but if you are upgrading your car stereo soon, please can I have what you take out? I don't care about brand, single din would fit easily, but a double din can be forced in with several hours of moving things about and trimming the side pillars. (I've seen it done on YouTube). A double din front with a narrow/compact back unit would be amazing! If it works, I'd love it. Please and thank you.

Request: Pipes to install radiator (Podsmead GL1) Expired - Hey Freeglers, I'm on the lookout for pipe work to reduce the cost of fitting a radiator in my kitchen. Also any Joining bits like unused olives, elbows or T pieces would be amazing too. I managed to buy a solid radiator cheaply, the paint to make it tidy actually cost more than the rad. I would prefer copper pipe, as it lasts longer. I don't mind if its covered in paint, I can strip it off. I already have solder and a blow torch, so copper would be great. Or push fit / speed fit plastic pipes. Anything that helps cut the installation price would be great. Obviously I'm not likely to freegle enough to do the entire job, but all savings are worth a shot these days. Please and thank you! (I'm not a professional, I'm just a have a go DIYer.)

Request: Car kettle for campervan (Podsmead GL1) Received - Hi folks, has anyone got a 12v kettle they no longer use please? One that plugs into the cigarette lighter port like in the attached pictures. I would love to have one please. We have solar panels in our van that charge a battery, but this set up powers USB ports and cigarette lighter ports, not normal household plugs. Not bothered about brand, or colour whatsoever. :) Thank you for reading. Julie
