Xmas tree, maybe for a community project or charity? (Podsmead GL1)

Hi guys, this is a weird one, but if you work or volunteer for a community project or charity that has space for a 12 to 14 feet tall real tree this yuletide, get in touch. Or even a family that has really high ceilings? The chap in the photo is 5foot 10, to give you an idea how big it is.

Or maybe you're a florist that could get the tree and use all the branches in wreaths or Yule bouquets? It's not a needle dropping sort of tree, and cut twigs keep their colour for a couple of weeks. I'm unsure exactly what species it is, sorry. I think it was sold as Canadian something.

The catch is that you need to chop it down, and take it away yourself, I don't think I am strong enough to do this alone.
I'm happy to turn on the outside power sockets if you want to use an electric saw. Ideally the collector is to come in November to early December.

We planted the tree as a 2ft baby 15 years ago, but the last couple of years it has become a problem as it's just too big for us to decorate or to prune. As you can see it occupies most of our tiny garden.

I strongly believe that we need trees not just the modern trend of no plants, fake grass and paving slabs. So We will put a live fir/spruce tree 🌲 back in the garden (and still decorate for December), but we've decided that this time it will be a potted one, and by having control of the roots we can limit the new tree at a manageable 8ft or under.
