Sofa to gift (Old Ottawa East)
Gifting our living room sofa.... It still has life left in it, but we have a new one coming. Dimensions: 91” long x 37”d x 35 1/2”h There is some wear, as we’ve loved it for a number of years. 2 springs have sprung out of the bottom (see pic) and there is some wear on the wood edges (also shown in pic). But it’s an excellent napping couch! Please note: we have a shedding dog - so I will vacuum it well, but there may still be some fluff that departs with it. Shedding dog noted next to photo but not included. Garbage day is Wednesday so we would ideally request pick up prior to then - even as early as today! Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver. We are near the Green Door restaurant.

Basketball net and stand (Old Ottawa East)

Gifting full basketball net and stand…. It still works but not as pretty as it once was! The plexiglass broke a number of years ago but we have a piece of wood as the backboard. We never filled it with water (as you can for these typically to keep them weighted) but instead we put paving stones to keep it in place - which dented the plastic (as well as the time I may have accidentally run over a corner of it 😬). And lastly, for full disclosure it may have been clipped by a large vehicle as the pole shifted slightly so that the net is not perfectly in line with the front of the base (but the pole is not crooked and it does not impede playing). I believe the net itself was replaced end of last summer. It has reflective tape on it as well. Does the height adjust? Probably / possibly(?) but I don’t know anymore as we’ve always had it at full height. Unfortunately I only have a pic of it resting on our short fence - and don’t have one of it upright. This has been used since 2018 and we just replaced with a different type of model. You would need to arrange pickup - and I would have no idea how to dismantle it 😬
