This is a very solid brass external light, rated at IP45, and originally made in Italy. The brass is dull, but can be polished to a bright shine. There’s a fitting for a bayonet cap light bulb, but as it’s loose it could be changed to a more modern version.

This is a B&Q circular saw from their Pro range. It’s around 15 years old but still in good condition with a fairly new blade on it. It has a guide bar (not a rail) and a laser alignment light. The carry case is included. Please note that circular saws are incredibly powerful and can cause serious injury if not used correctly. Stone Fire Surround (Bewdley DY12)

This is a large cast stone fire surround, probably of around 1980’s vintage. The stone was cracked in several places, however the whole unit has been removed and is certainly salvageable. It’s approximately 1200mm high by 1450mm wide. The front hearth stones are a available too. Like the fire they are cast rather than solid stone and have some cracks in them.

This is an original school desk, complete with the holes for inkwells. It’s been painted several times and mounted on new legs. The chairs are modern but fit well with the desk. 102cm wide, 43cm deep and 57cm high, with 43cm leg clearance. Inside the lift up desks is great storage for art materials and each desk is separate to keep children’s stuff apart from each other. Ideal from about age 2 to 7.

2 Victorian style 7 arm chandeliers. One in brass effect and the other pewter effect. Quite dusty but otherwise in excellent condition. They require 7 x SES bulbs, each max 40W. Dimmable subject to bulb type. Happy to split of gift as a pair. Originally bought in the range circa 2005.
