Free: Oven grill tray (Menstrie FK11) Expired Used but clean oven grill tray and metal rack. It measures 43.5cm wide x 37.5cm deep, a tad narrower than our new oven, so we can't use it. Could also be useful for a BBQ?

Free: Upholstery feathers (Menstrie FK11) Gifted We've just taken the creaky frame of our old sofa to the tip, but have kept the big, feather-filled seat-back and side cushions in case anyone has a use for the feathers. These are upholstery-sized feathers, not the smaller feathers or down often used in duvets. They are white, clean and dry. If you can use them, let me know.

Free: Trainer socks(new) (Menstrie FK11) Expired Pack of M&S cotton trainer lining socks - 4 out of the original pack of 5, in white, grey, blue and black. Advertised as fitting women's shoe sizes 3-5. Giving away the unused socks as they are too loose for my size 4 feet, so probably more suitable for feet sized 5-6.

Free: Sprung bed slats (Menstrie FK11) Expired After dismantling our king-sized bed frame. I have left 24 sprung (in other words, slightly bowed) wooden bed slats.Each measures 75.5cm x 6cm. They are in perfect condition ...it was the metal bed frame that was causing problems. I've also got the plastic end caps that secured the slats to the bed frame, but they are frame-specific, so probably not much use except for recycling. Anyway, if you have a use for the wooden slats, let me know.

Free: Red hot poker plants (Menstrie FK11) Gifted Seven mature, vigorous red hot poker plants, dug up today, roots in water. They survive being transplanted very well, but will appreciate being planted out very soon in a new home, somewhere sunny. They flower in June - tall bright red, orange-tipped flowers that bees love. Happy to split - and would prefer to split as these plants expand fairly quickly, putting out new plants beside them in a year or two. So make sure you can give them some space around them.

Free: Carpet (Menstrie FK11) Expired Anyone have any use for the carpet I've just lifted? It's quite old and it's been cut into four strips about 3 feet wide and 12 feet long (for easy transport). Useful for a garden shed/allotment, maybe, or even for covering soil temporarily or putting under certain plants?
