Countertop opening/cutout: 24-1/2" wide 21-1/4" deep Sink is approx.12-1/2"deep Sink size 21-3/8" wide by 15" deep The chrome trim ring shown is in good shape. Photo shows dirt, there are no noticeable scratches.

Came with the house. In working order. After two years of reliable use sometimes now the igniter for one or two burners won't cooperate and needs a lighter or match. Every feature works. I apologize for the need for cleaning, my wife cooks so much it was hard to get motivated when a new stove is coming in two weeks.

Fully functional. Good condition. Fits standard counter opening. It came with our house purchase a few years ago. About 16 years old and I suspect has plenty of years left. We replaced it because my wife never liked the layout and every 2-3 months some of the water spray holes in the two rotating arms would clogged--easy enough to remedy by removing the arms and flushing with water or worst case pulling the obstruction out with tweezers. Includes all hoses and a new power cord.

Cleaned out my shop... SCRAP WOOD (West End Santa Rosa)

Finally getting rid of my stashe of wood. Various sizes and shapes as photos show. Good for shelving or other project work. Unique inventory: Redwood, fir, Oak, modern composite, TREX . Some less than one year old lumber, some 100+ old grove Redwood, and an even older Oak sheet. Planks, tongue and groove flooring, Redwood lap siding boards, plywood,4x4s, 2x4s, pressure treated, bead board, etc. They are rough sawn, dimensional sanded lumber, aged or just beautifully weathered. Certificate of authenticity available on request. I can't guarantee that each piece is straight, but I can guarantee each one is free. I've got some additional pressure treated boards; bring a good story--tears are helpful I'm a grandfather--and I might be able to part with some of that too. Hurry, these unique items will not last!

I just removed my deck and have these railings that might be repurposed for animal fencing or perhaps something else useful. The angled ones (3) might work for a sloped area; they are a little loose right now so they could adjust to your terrain. Each section is approx. 53" wide X 28" high The rectangular sections (4) are approx. 48" wide X 42" high each
