Could be useful for storage, eg as a blanket chest. Has a black vinyl cover from when it doubled as a bench in the hallway of a previous house.

Hinged wooden box with leather carry handle. 17cm wide by 18.5 deep by 23cm high. Attached label reads “BDH BariumSulphate Salt Testing Outfit, the British Drug Houses Ltd Laboratory Chemicals Division Poole Dorset” but it is empty of course. The clasp is a bit rusty and the top dirty but otherwise the box is in very good condition.

Imitation diamond tiara and bracelet, from the late 1920s or early 1930s. In need of cleaning and major repair. The bracelet has 2 missing “stones”, the tiara many. Perhaps for reuse of “stones” in jewellery making or as a repair project - the “stones” from the bracelet could be used to supply the missing ones in the tiara or vice versa. The tiara has been used for children’s dressing-up in the past but now has too many sharp bits. If repaired, it could be used for amateur dramatics.
