Sturdy Wooden Bookcase (Sutton Manor, Mill Valley) This is a well made and strong bookshelf that I have been using to store garage items for 30 years. It is in good condition with a little wear on the bottom outside. Made of 3/4" plywood. The five shelves are permanent (cannot be adjusted) so they are very strong (as they are supported by three sides). Dimensions: 5 feet tall x 42 inches wide and 13 inches deep (12" shelf depth).

Trek 8000 Mountain Bike (Sutton Manor, Mill Valley) Gifted 1987 vintage mountain bike. Aluminum frame, Shimano Deore shifters and brakes. I am the original owner. This bike has been garaged all of its life and is in excellent condition.

"Ruggable" Indoor Area Rug (Sutton Manor, Mill Valley) Gifted "Ruggables" area rug 35” x 58”, turquoise/teal/off-white. Ruggables is a patented two-piece system consisting of a rug pad and a rug cover. The cover can be washed in the washing machine. The pad is a non-slip pad that holds the cover (the rug) in place. Other rugs can be purchased separately and used on the same pad for variety in colors, seasons, etc.

Walk-through safety gate (Sutton Manor, Mill Valley) Expired Made of metal and plastic and painted white. Lock in a doorway between 30 and 36 inches to prevent pets and small children from entering. Built-in latching gate allows passage of through the gate while installed. It is in good condition with some wear on the pads that hold it to the door frame. Power hedge trimmer holder (Sutton Manor, Mill Valley) Expired Little Wonder holder for storing a power hedge trimmer. Will hold a blade up to 1.5 inches wide and 25 inches long. Mount the holder on a wall and fill with a 50/50 mix of oil and kerosene. This will keep your hedge trimmer blade clean and lubricated between uses. Made of galvanized steel.

Fiberglass insulation (Sutton Manor, Mill Valley) Expired I am looking for two or three bats of R-30 insulation to fix a hole in my ceiling. Any other rated insulation would do as well. A little insulation would be better than nothing. Thank you.

Light Density Memory Foam (Sutton Manor, Mill Valley) Gifted 2" thick x 75" long x 34" wide memory foam available. It is left over after we used it to make cushions. It a few years old when was given to us but it still has a good feel to it.
