Nordic walking poles (Edginswell TQ2) Received 7d - Does anyone have any Nordic walking poles that they no longer use or didn't suit them? My back is causing me grief and I love to walk so I would like to try Nordic walking. It is supposed to help backs and other joints. Thanks for reading, Didi.

Guest bed (Edginswell TQ2) Gifted 21d - The guest bed is the bed tucked under the wooden single (which is not available). The guest bed is a little shorter and narrower than a standard single and has been useful as a guest bed for children and shorter adults. It has folding legs which open out and is quite comfortable. It is on casters so easy to move around once it is in the room. Free to new home. Unable to help with transport. It will be bulky to transport.

Mountain bike tyres (Edginswell TQ2) Gifted 262d - These are new but a bit dusty. 2 are size 26 x 2 (51-559). The other one is 26 x 1.95 (53-559). I am willing to split them if I have a lot of takers. Please say which size you would like. I also have 2 new inner tubes of the same size with Schrader valves if anyone wants them as well.
