Nordic walking poles (Baglan SA12) Gifted 98d - Adjustable length, when used properly they're brilliant for helping ease pressure on joints. Plenty of information online for technique but main point the length shiuld be adjusted until lower arm from elbow to wrist as parallel to the ground. These were given to me by a kind freegler and I'm passing them on as I plan to upgrade to carbon fibre poles. Collect from Baglan, SA12 8PY.

oil filled radiator (Halton LA2) Gifted 1y - Works perfectly but looks scruffy because it has oil stains from massage towels. Can't get them off but because the heat has bonded them on they don't rub off onto clean towels. I'll wipe dust etc off before collection x

Runner rugs (Halton LA2) Gifted 1y - Cream: 60x23 cm. Brown: 70x150 cm. Cream one faded in places but still very serviceable. Both have notches cut in them to accommodate radiator pipes, furniture etc but easily fixed with some duct tape on back.
