- In my youth, I played the flute. I no longer have one, but I would like to rekindle my interest. I know that many people take up instruments and then give up after a short while, particularly school kids. Has anyone got an old flute lying around they no longer need? I would be very grateful if some one has one that I can take off their hands.

- Works, but makes clunking sound. Spin cycle is extremely noisy and not very effective. Clothes come out wet. My guess is there is either something stuck between the inner and outer drum, or there is a problem with the bearings. Did a wash today, but had to wring out the clothes. Could be fixable?

- Dimplex DXDH16N 16 Litres per day dehumidifier for spares or repair. Switches on fine. Fan comes on, and humidistat works properly. Does not collect water and I'm assuming that pressure is too low in the compressor due to a leak or similar. It may be possible for someone with skills and knowledge to recharge or repair. Could be used as a fan.

- I'm using this for lining a pond, as I would prefer not to use a plastic or rubber liner. This stuff is virtually identical to puddling clay used to line canals and large ponds. It's a bit of an experiment and may not work 100%, but worth a go. I've already done the deepest part of the pond and it sort of works. I would appreciate any advice too!
