Frame for a porch swing (Medford MA)

The seat to our porch swing has seen better days, but it looks like it's an easy fix for someone with the materials know-how. The frame is still functional, and has been dismantled. The largest pieces are the 52"x22" backrest and the slightly smaller seat; every other component can be broken down into something smaller than the backrest.
