Comfy Ikea Sofa / Sofa bed (Bradford on Avon BA15)

- Well used sofa but still plenty of life left in it. Opens out to a roomy double sofa bed. It is L-shaped with 3 back cushions storage and pullout section to form a double bed. It can be swapped from left sided to right. There is some fading and marks on it, and one of the arms has collapsed at the top but if to us easily hidden under a throw. Measures 240 x 150cm, arm height 65cm, seat height 40cm. It can be taken apart into 2 pieces measuring approx 155L x 90W x 65H cm. Fire Label attached. Needs to go Saturday Morning.

- This game was part of an experience at the Theatre royal bath and somehow we ended up with two sets. This set is completely unused. There is a free app that you need to play the game and you can find out more at Innocentville.co.uk. My 13 year old son and his friend really enjoyed working out the clues. NB. For teenagers only as there are some adult themes.

- Are you a crafting person? These are parts of a toy car park but it’s missing the flat parking levels that hold it all together. I think a carpenter or imaginative person could make it into a wonderful car park again!

- Used in a kids den which has now been outgrown. Only two years old. 1 piece is approx 2mx 1m and the other is 1m wide and an irregular shape, you could cut a 1m square out of it. I’ve hosed it down but comes with a few leaves still attached! From a pet free home.
