RUG - "Perth Cream", 160cm by 230cm - 100% Wool (Wadhurst TN5)

Quite old and tatty but still serviceable wool rug originally from John Lewis. A sort of biscuity cream colour. Was inherited from previous house owners, so don't know how old. It sat under a conservatory table, so there are some chair and table feet mark on it, plus a few small stains and worn/caught bits. Have tried to show this in the photos. Heavy, doesn't seem to slide around on floor at all, even without any underlay. Maybe of use to someone?

Small Electric Countertop Oven and Hob - SensioHome (Wadhurst TN5)

Old and fairly tatty countertop oven with two hob rings, used as temporary measure during a recent kitchen renovation. Does the job. Hob rings slow to heat up but fine once there. Don't know its history as was given to me by someone who'd used it for the same purpose previously, but I'd guess a good five plus years. Will need a good clean-up. Hoping it might help someone else needing a temporary means of cooking!

30L Brabantia pedal bin - 67cm tall, 30cm by 34cm wide. In very decent condition and pedal mechanism works fine. A few scratches here and there plus a little dent in the lid - see pictures. No longer needed because new kitchen set-up has integrated bins.

Used Siemens washing machine - being replaced as part of a kitchen extension. Don't know its history, as it belonged to previous owners (we've been here four years), but has always worked fine for us. In very good condition on the outside, but rubber seal is stained with black, which I've never been able to get off, so not very pretty inside, but all good apart from that. Hoping it will be useful to someone. Collection from garage - has just been moved out there today. Instructions will be passed on too.

Very good condition, green pendant light, white inside with white cord. From the lighting shop on Tonbridge industrial estate. Approximate dimensions - Diameter 36cm across Drop from ceiling to top of actual light 28cm Pendant part top to bottom 28cm So total height drop from ceiling to bottom of light 56cm. Diameter of ceiling fitting - 10cm. Bulb is still in it. No longer needed in new kitchen. Collection from Wadhurst.

Would this be of interest to anyone? We're redoing the kitchen and will now be having an integrated dishwasher - otherwise would have kept this, as it works fine. Pretty quiet operating, never had any problems with it in the four years we've been here. Don't know how old, as it belonged to the previous house-owners. In decent nick inside, but I'm sure will need a really good clean-up when it comes out of its space! I found the instructions too - see photos. Collection only - Wadhurst.

Round kitchen table - 105cm across and 73cm tall. Think it's oak but can't say for sure as it belonged to previous owners and I don't have the details. Very solid and stable, but definitely a few years old already, and has a few dents, scratches and knife marks in some places. Plenty of life in it still though - we are changing it following a makeover of the kitchen and will now have a bigger table in here. Also four kitchen chairs if wanted - white plastic with wooden legs. See pictures - a bit tatty and marked in some places, and some of the feet have seen better days. I think they would clean up a bit but probably not fully. No obligation to take the chairs too if you don't want them. Must be collected by this Friday 13th Sept latest.

Heavy wooden table and chair set - no longer needed. Circumference - 150cm across. Height - 70cm. Belonged to previous house owners, so don't know where they came from or how old exactly, but fairly old. Quite worn-looking now, but still got some life to them, though some screws in chairs may need tightening. Two of the chairs have been stored in garage during all of our time here and have not been used or inspected recently. Collection note - very heavy, definitely a two-person job. We tried to take the base off the table when it was moved into the garage, but it didn't seem possible to easily do. Location Wadhurst - collection from garage.

Small two-door wardrobe - cost around £200. Only used for eight months - bought while renting but not needed in permanent home. Doors are off from when the movers brought it over here and has been stored in garage since. Quite lightweight. Looks like there's a slight gap between shelf and back in one place - see pictures. I'm sure someone handy could fix if they wanted to with a couple of nails, but not really a problem as is. Bought on Wayfair - all details and dimensions below on their listing (dimensions given above were taken from website order):
