Roof tiles (East Hendred OX12) Gifted 23d - Roof tiles, 200+ red ones, a further 29 are more purple in colour. Each measure 270mm x 165mm. Please ignore the bricks. Almost all of them are sound but a few might have chips or cracks. Any questions, please ask.

Single 3' divan bed with drawers (East Hendred OX12) Gifted 57d - This divan bed is 3' wide and is in pretty reasonable condition. It has two drawers for storage and the mattress has some life left in it. Please do ask any questions you might have.

Axle stands, 4, small (East Hendred OX12) Gifted 351d - 4 small axle stands, one of them (on it's side) is missing it's pin, 40cm at the highest hole. They are rusty as per photo but perfectly usable.

Patio cleaner (East Hendred OX12) Gifted 358d - On the right, a full container of Patio Magic, unopened and on the left a small amount of SmartSeal Patio Cleaner Extreme.

Punch bag and boxing gloves (East Hendred OX12) Gifted 358d - Both the punch bag and gloves are in reasonable condition, not used a great deal, but are a bit dusty and showing some wear. The punch bag has four straps with D-rings at the top to hang it.

Charcoal and Weber fire starter (East Hendred OX12) Gifted 363d - A box full of good quality dry charcoal plus a Weber fire starter. I would like to keep the box so please bring a suitable container for the charcoal. I would guess there is at least two of the charcoal bags you see on the garage forecourt here.

DIY wobble board former (East Hendred OX12) Gifted 1y - I made this former to construct a wobble board (also pictured) for the grandchildren. The idea is to laminate layers of thin ply and bend them to shape on the former. The holes are for the clamps that hold the ply in place. There are videos on Youtube which describe the technique (see link below) but I can explain in more detail to you face to face if that helps. Half the job is making the former. This worked well and I was very pleased with the outcome; so were the grandchildren! Just to be clear, I am offering the former but not the wobble board that I made using it (sorry).

Gas space heater - not working properly (East Hendred OX12) Expired 1y - This is a Draper PSH300, 70kW (238,80 BTUs) propane gas space heater. It runs from a propane gas cylinder (orange not blue) and the regulator at the end of the gas hose screws into the gas cylinder with a left-hand thread. It also needs mains power to drive the fan. The fan works perfectly but the flame doesn't always run properly and it makes a screaming noise (much like the fan bearing has gone but it hasn't). The supplier says that you can't get spares for it anymore so we have purchased a new one. I wonder whether if it was stripped down there might be a simple fix, maybe not. Sometimes it runs correctly for a period and then the flame reduces and the 'screaming' starts. The gas hose looks fine but good practice would dictate that it should be replaced now. We are in East Hendred.

Royal Doulton dinner service, 7 piece (East Hendred OX12) Gifted 1y - Royal Doulton dinner service, "Bredon Hill", dishwasher proof, detergent proof, freezer proof, oven proof. Large plates are 26.5cm in diameter (nearly 10.5"). There are 7 dinner plates, 7 side plates, 7 pudding bowls and 8 soup bowls plus 3 serving dishes as shown. One of the handles of the serving dishes is broken (you can see it patched up with silver foil in the photo).

Wormery (East Hendred OX12) Expired 1y - The wormery turns food waste into liquid plant food. It is complete with the bag to contain the food waste but it needs a good clean, particularly the tap. It measures 80cm high (to the top of the handle as shown), 56cm deep (front to back) and 44cm wide. If you are storing it underneath something, bear in mind that you will need to allow space for the lid to hinge up. The top is slightly cracked so it's not in perfect condition but should be perfectly serviceable. There is plenty of advice about how to operate a wormery online.

Curtain rods, metal (East Hendred OX12) Expired 1y - Metal curtain rods with curtain rings, three gold (with gold rings) and one silver with some end fittings for a wardrobe.

Cushions for patio furniture (East Hendred OX12) Expired 1y - We need some cushions for our built-in seating around a firepit to finish off that area of the garden. I am thinking of square cushions that are reasonably thick (concrete slabs have no padding!) that we can sit on and also rest our backs on.

DPC/DPM - lots of sheets (East Hendred OX12) Gifted 1y - Quite a few sheets of Damp-Proof Course or Damp-Proof Membrane. All varying shapes and sizes (a few have been compromised with holes but most are intact).
