Free: Britax Pioneer Harness Booster Seat (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted This is preloved car seat that my youngest kid just grew out of. It has two more years of life. We used it in a Subaru Outback, no accidents. We bought Britax because their seats are durable and less bulky than other brands. Suggested use Front Facing, Harness: 2yrs +, weight 25-70lbs Booster Mode (harness removed, using the car belt): 40-110lbs. According to Britax, these have 9 years of use in them. Free: IKEA double curtain rod (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Ikea double curtain rod, black, like so: / About 7 years old, preloved. The rods are 45” long when closed without finials. “Max. load of the thick curtain rod is 22 lbs and the thin curtain rod 11 lbs. Two brackets needed for lengths up to 55" and 3 brackets for lengths 55-83". Pick-up best on weekend mornings, and weekdays 8am-5pm, 7-8:30pm.

Free: Small drawer tower (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted This is a small chest of drawers - we like it because it easily fit in corners and is sturdy. The foot print is 15” by 12” by 45”. The wicker baskets are 11” by 10”ish by 7”. Originally from Crate & Barrel, I was told. I got them second hand 3 years ago from a student moving out of the West End neighborhood. My kid has been using them for toy storage. The week of May 13-17, pick up is possible Tue-Fri 8am- 3pm. Afterwards, my schedule will open up and I could do evening picks as well.

Free: King size bed, slats, mattress (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Folks, we are rehoming our king size bed. I hope to pass it on by May, and will be taking it apart and adding photos and dimensions in the next two weeks. The earliest i could have it ready for someone is Sat, April 13th. BED IKEA Bjoerksnaes - birch wood minimalist style bed, king size / (Missing - the headboard pillows; the linen picked up our hair oils, so we’ll keep them) SLATS / MATTRESS IKEA, foam (firmness, url, other details - coming soon) So, we love this bed. How it looks, how well we sleep on it, how it easily fits two adults and occasional children, how we can hide our Christmas tree underneath. We got it in 2018 because we bedshared with our kids at the time, and this size allowed us adults to get sleep despite the wiggles. Now, we are transitioning to bunk & loft beds, and would love for this giant to continue its life in a new home. The main challenge for transport is the weight and size of the mattress - it likely takes two people to carry it, and a midsize/large car to transport. If you ARE interested, tell me what additional info you’d need to decide! :) ———————- If I don’t find interest here, I will next try A Wider Circle, FurnishHopeDC, and Homes Not Borders. Feel free to recommend other places I should try!

Free: 2 used IKEA tumble mats (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Two green tumble mats from IKEA. Well used, we’ve had them for 4+ years - we’ve wiped them, but they have some staining from kids play (as soft floors and make believe walls). Plenty of life still left for someone’s littles. Free: Wood shelves, black, with brackets (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted 4 black shelves, 11” by 46.5” by ~0.75” 8 black brackets IKEA open wall shelves, both the shelves and brackets are pine wood, painted black. We’ve had these for about 8 years, through 3 apartments. The shelves are simple, sturdy and awesome. We’re rehoming them to make space for a loft bed. Free: Plants (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Looking to rehome some plants (clearing space) - would love if someone could take all. Snake plant, spider plant, african violets, and pothos- These are all easy to care for plants that store water in their roots or leaves, and therefore can tolerate someone forgetting to water them for a bit. Shamrocks - the most finicky of the lot. They don’t like direct bright sunlight, and droop fast when their soil goes dry. They’ve all been living in a a room with south-facing light. Pick up preference flexible during workweek, and before 11am on weekends.

Free: Two carry-on luggages (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Hoping to rehome and extend the life of these two carry-on luggages. The shorter & older and slightly green one: has served about twice a year for 10 years. Wheels roll in single direction, 2 handle options (extended or put away). Jessica Simpson brand, originally purchased at TJ Maxx. The taller & newer one: served a few times for two years. Plastic shell. Handle has 4 options (put away and extends to 3 heights). Wheels rotate (can roll behind you or roll standing to your side). Aerolite brand, purchased in a luggage store in UK. Both are essentially basic luggages, without frills. Pick up best weekdays 10am-5pm, or weekend mornings. Sometimes weekday evenings possible. Thank you!

Free: Leather laptop bag (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Leather laptop bag, Divina Denuevo Green leather wallet, Divina Denuevo Leather notebook cover (plus insert), Rustico Leather laptop bag is 14"x12" when flat, and fits one thin laptop and a couple notebooks. Strap length is not adjustable (maybe could be with DIY) and for a 5'6" person, bag hangs against the hip. Wallet has 6 credit card slots and two open pockets (cash, receipts). The clasp is magnetic and chunky. Stitching is repaired in two places (original thread beige, repairs in green and navy). / Pick up possible at any time basically - i could leave them for you on my door handle. For direct handoff, 10am-4pm weekdays and weekend mornings are best.

Free: Pillowsac (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted A preloved Lovesac brand pillowsac. Insert + burgundry cover (short soft velvety material; machine washable). It can sit 1-2 kids comfortably, or one adult. Kids in the photos are 9 and 5 yo, and i'm 5'6". Sac is about 36 lbs, approximately 4'6" wide and 6'3" long. To really function as a sofa chair for an adult, is best propped up against a wall or corner. We've had it for a decade; it doesn't work for our current space, unfortunately. Pick up possible this Saturday evening, Sunday before 11am, and 10-4pm during weekdays. If another time works best for you, let me know.

Free: Fabric scraps (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted These could find a good home with someone who sews costumes for their kids or upcycles fabric.(and lives close by to make the trip worth it). Fabric scraps from pre-loved clothes (i chucked out the stained or torn parts, and kept these with ambitions to use for soft toys or practice sewing. Instead, my current hobby is letting go of past ambitions).

Free: Oven pizza stones (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Dough-Joe Falls Culinary pizza stones, 6"x9" each. Purchased in 2012. These retain heat in the oven, and are used for improving baking bread or pizza, etc. Here's a newer version of this product, where you can get some info about their use. Free: Snake plant and spider plants (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Propagated these baby plants into their own planters a couple of days ago. (No drainage trays) The larger spider plants have established roots, will likely take to new pots easily. Free: Fur leather scraps (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Fur leather scraps in black and brown (i believe sheepskin, but the fur is an inch long, tops). I got these scraps several years ago from Softstar shoes, and used a couple pieces to make winter insoles for child shoes. Hypothetically possible to sew these into winter slippers or a small rug. (Surely there must be other uses as well? Hopefully 😛). Pick up best during school hours or weekend mornings, but evenings sometimes possible too.
