Free: King Size timber framed bed (Needham IP20) I need to move this bed on to make room for something smaller. I can supply full details to anyone who shows a serious interest in dismantling it and taking it away together with its mattress. Bed and mattress are in excellent condition. If you want the bed but will treat yourself to a new mattress, I am happy to pay for the council to collect the mattress from its new home (if they offer this service in your area)- but do need the whole lot out of the way before I order a replacement.

Free: TWO SNOM VOIP PHONES plus VOIPFONE hub etc (Needham IP20) They've been in use for some years but are now not needed. They're off to recycling as soon as I can get round to going to the tip so if you are interested, please let me know ASAP.

Free: Document holders (Needham IP20) Withdrawn Cardboard document/magazine holders- the sort that start life as a flat sheet of cardboard. They are a bit grubby but are all sound. I have at least a dozen. As they're surpisingly expensive I thought I'd offer them before lugging them off to recycling. I might be able to deliver.

Free: Two very large, stout cardboard boxes (1m high) (Needham IP20) Gifted This is a just-in-case post: I am off to the tip next week with the two boxes which contained a furniture delivery. Given what they would cost to buy, I thought I should offer them just in case anyone has an immediate need. They're 47cm by 57 cm by 98 cm and very stout. I could deliver within a few miles of Harleston.

Free: Mahogany veneered drop leaf table (Needham IP20) Drop leaf (two leaves) table with castors. Top needs attention, one leaf has been removed but can easily be reattached. Measurements without leaves extended: 82 cm by 62 cm. Each extension leaf measures approximately 82cm by 32cm. Height 74 cm.

Free: Heavy duty garment hanger with shelves (Needham IP20) Expired Chrome/steel hanging rack, shelf top and bottom and one intermediate shelf, approximately 94 cm high, 48 cm wide and 40 cm deep. It is "push fit" so I hope can be disassembled for transport.

Free: Rocks (Needham IP20) Expired Four boxes of chunks of the Scottish Highlands (Moine Series). Unlabelled. My late dearly-beloved and much lamented collected these for analysis for his PhD and couldn't bring himself to chuck them away. The top tray might not belong as they are full of (small) shelly fossils, but what do I know? Take them all, take them all....

Free: Set of white plastic drawers (Needham IP20) Expired Rather elderly but would be fine for a shed. They were in my kitchen, which has now had a make-over. 68 cm high, 32.5 cm wide (at widest point), 41 cm deep (maximum).

Free: Ginger kombucha (Needham IP20) Gifted 8 small bottles of ginger kombucha. No added sugar but far too sweet for me. All bottles unopened. Near Harleston.

Free: IKEA kitchen left-overs (Needham IP20) Expired Just had a kitchen re-fit and have a pile of leftover bits (some ordered, some seem random). Includes one complete 40 cm wide cabinet, with door I think. Door is light green. Space needed quite urgently so it's off to the tip on Monday.

Free: Under-sink shelves and unwanted contents (Needham IP20) Gifted The shelves are adjustable (horizontally) and the thing comes with a set of hooks I never could find a use for. Height is approx 37 cm, width as I have it in the photo is 62 cm.

Free: Two drainers for kitchen sink. (Needham IP20) Expired The bigger of the two is telescopic, and new enough to be clean and ready to use. The other is fixed in size and showing its age. Preference given to anyone taking the two. The telescopic one measures 30cm wide, 42cm min to 58cm max long.

Free: Three marrows, cut today (Needham IP20) Expired I took my eye off the ball and didn't eat the courgettes fast enough. Result- see photo. If you're into decorative vegetables these are just the thing. I don't guarantee they'll taste of anything but they'd make a nice harvest display.

Free: Set of plastic drawers (Needham IP20) Expired Showing its age but still good for use. 68 cm high, 41 cm depth (ie from back surface to front), 30 cm wide.

Free: Stainless steel trolley (Needham IP20) Gifted Nice robust trolley, good wheels. Used for kitchen storage. Height 70 cm (approx), height to top of handles 82 cm, length 70 cm, width 40 cm.

Free: Stainless steel kitchen bin (Needham IP20) Gifted Height 65 cm, roughly 28 cm square, plastic bin inside with steel handle. The inner bin needs a good clean but isn't actually disgusting.

Free: Marble top from wash stand (Needham IP20) Gifted Black marble slab about 30 inches by 17, approx. one inch thick. Not perfect- been in use for some years as part of our kitchen worktop. It does have a thin crack (see photo).

Free: Oak seedlings needing new homes (Needham IP20) Expired Thinking of doing your bit and planting a tree? I have oak seedlings popping up everywhere. Some are in their second year. I think they're small enough to survive transplanting and, if you can give them some attention for their first year, give you healthy saplings. They need to be moved on before they get accidentally mown down. Ordinary, robust, lovely English oak. Collect only, I'm afraid- it's a busy time in the garden just now. Bay also available.

Free: Kitchen cupboard on wheels (Needham IP20) Gifted One of Amazon's knock-together items, clean and serviceable. 89 cm high (including wheels), 55 cm wide, 45 cm deep. I didn't bother to fit the cupboard door but still have it... somewhere. BTW the fabric conditioner in the photo can go with the trolley if it's any use to you.

Free: Electric cooker, solid ring type. (Needham IP20) Gifted Not spotless but not disgusting. Top oven with grill, reasonable sized main oven. I didn't have time to take photos of the cooker but the photo of the label on the back should take you to more details via the Amica website. Cheap but functional- might tide someone over? Sorry, you'll have to collect- I've disconnected it but that's my limit.

Free: Olympic Games Athens 2004, daily programmes (Needham IP20) Expired One week's worth of the daily programmes for the games. Not in pristine condition- they were carried to the stadium and used, then stuffed in bags when we went to eat- but someone might want to check them out before they go to the recycling bin. They start at Day 6 (19 August 2004) and run Day 7, 8, 9, 10,11, 13, 15, 16.

Free: Musical scores including Penguin miniatures (Needham IP20) Expired Various- see photos. Externally grubby but all sound. Also various books on music, mostly on indvidual composers. Rationialising space so they must go. Please save from recycling!

Free: Timber odds and ends (shed clearance) (Needham IP20) Gifted Star item is 12 foot (at least) of 9 inch by 1 inch pine, but there are all sorts of oddments of dowel, moulding etc. I need the space more than I need the stuff.

Free: Miele vac. air filter (Needham IP20) Gifted Unopened box, but so old that I can't find the part number on the Miele website. It's SF-AAC 30; I dimly remember the vac was a Dog and Cat Plus. If anyone can use this I'll happily drop it in the post for you.
