Free: Platform rocker (West Town) Gifted Very sturdy and well-made but definitely showing its age. Ready to keep rocking and be cleaned up with a new coat of paint or refinishing. This was used for many years both in the nursery and by my elderly mom, this was the only chair that would support her comfortably. Height=36", Footprint: width 22" and front to back 19". Detail of arm with paint worn off, I am not sure if this is the actual wood grain or a finish, but made of solid wood. Cushions are very worn too but these are easily replaceable at stores.

Free: Footstool with leather top (West Town) Gifted Footstool with leather top. It is 16" tall, and 16" x 12" wide. There is a small blemish on the corner, seen in close-up picture.

Free: File cabinet (West Town) Gifted Four (4) drawer file cabinet. VERY STURDY. 51" tall, 15" wide, 28.5" deep. Green color. I do not have the key for the lock. NOTE: this is not like modern file cabinets that are so flimsy that they barely stand up straight. It can also be used for general storage, not just files. I have heard about people in CA whole file cabinets survived the fire - this is not officially fire-rated but again,very sturdy.

Free: Very large bags (3) for material (West Town) Gifted These were bags that held 2 yards of compost each. They are custom-made out of very heavy material. Would be great for storing/containing things, including outside materials They are rain-resistant. Very sturdy, very well made. Take one or all 3.

Free: Large sturdy bookshelf (West Town) Gifted Size: Height 71", width 28", depth 11.5". Shelves are movable. Heavy, will probably require 2 people to move or a dolly. Composite wood (not hardwood).

Free: Six (6) tall bar stool chairs (West Town) Gifted Bar stool chairs. Wood with padded seats. Some of the seats are frayed, but easy to recover with fabric. Two of the stools are missing one of the cross-bars on the legs, but stairs still are sturdy. Dimensions: Height (chair back) 42", seat height 26", seat depth 17" width 18.5".

Free: Gray area rug (West Town) Gifted Approximately 6' x 4' (actually little larger - 75" x 51"). Has a subtle pattern. Is in pretty good shape, the mark on the right side is I think a burn (so permanent).

Free: Dog Jacket (West Town) Expired fleece dog jacket. Size unknown (47 on tag?). It is 19" long, collar to bottom. It is too big for my dog, who is 16 lbs. Honore and Augusta.

Free: Large table or desk (West Town) Gifted This piece was built to fit into a bay window space. It is all-wood, very solid and well-built. Picture does not show wood-grain well. Measurements: 36" tall, 28.5" wide, 103" at front edge and 54.5 at rear edge.

Free: Full Gallon of paint (West Town) Gifted This was left in an apartment, seems new. The color is a light pink, custom mixed, see color dab on the top of can. Interior, latex, water clean-up.

Free: Pillowcases (West Town) Gifted I have more than 30 pillowcases. The sheets were worn out but the pillow cases seem to get less wear. Many colors and prints.

Free: Single bed header and footer (West Town) Expired Decorative single bed head and footer. Brushed metal. (Not a great picture, there are 5 vertical bars on the header that blend in with the wood fence boards),. I didn't own this so not sure how it attaches to the bedstead; it does have screws on the lower part of the frame. Augusta and Honore St.

Free: Air Strider Exercise unit (West Town) Gifted Pending pickup. I am still keeping previous inquiries in case it falls through. This has pedals for your feet and you "stride" along. Was designed to be less impact on joints than running. I just don't use this anymore. Size: floor area 35" x 38". Height 57".
