Well used but in good working order tape retractable lead. Flexi Classic Compact 3. Suitable for up to medium sized dogs. I think it extends to 5 m. No obvious damage to the tape.

Sony DAB, cd and cassette player (Rochester ME1)

Silver Sony DAV micro hifi component system CMT-EH45DAB and 2 Sony speakers. Remote included and it works. I have tested the system today with headphones and it all works fine. I have not tested the speakers. No manual but you can find this on the Sony website for setting it up. In great condition. Just a bit dusty from storage

Wooden dresser/shelves and cupboard (Rochester ME1)
Dark wood dresser. Potentially a upcycling project. Three lower cupboards with drawers above. The top section of shelves can be separated from the cupboard section for ease of transporting it. The back of the dresser appears to be hardboard rather than wood In need of some restoration and tlc but it has a great amount of storage and could be a lovely piece of furniture. As it is solid wood, it will be heavy and need at least two strong people to move it. It will need a large hatchback or van to transport it. Measurements approximately: Width across the front 137 cm Depth 40 cm Height including shelves 165 cm

Very useful fold up metal dog pen with gate. Folds flat and can be opened up to almost any shape pen. Useful for containing a puppy or dog who is on limited exercise. Can be used inside or out In great condition. We got it from freecycle for our dog after she’d had an operation. It was also a useful barrier for stairs or an open back door in the summer. Height is approximately 78cm

Sherborne recliner chair. Lovely blue/grey upholstery. A little worn at the end of the arms (see photos) but otherwise in good useable condition. It’s very comfortable. Controlled by a remote controller which fits into a side pocket when not in use. It works perfectly It’s very heavy and bulky and will need two strong people to get it out and into a vehicle

There is no stylus so I have been unable to play a record but if you get a stylus I think it will work. There are 2 speakers but they need different connections because at the moment they don’t fit the turntable

Lovely, vintage, dark oak coloured , solid wood, free standing set of 4 shelves. Unfortunately some damage to the bottom right hand ‘foot’ and right hand top (see pictures 3 and 4). However this damage does not stop this being a good solid piece of furniture.
