These are very sturdy and will require a large vehicle to transport. They come with a ladder, bed rail, and under-bed storage case (drawer unit). When assembled, they are 81.5"W (from head to foot), 43.5"D (from side to side), and 63.5"H (top to bottom). They are in very good condition and all hardware is included.

A friend gifted me this tent - I have never used it. It seems to be in good condition and to contain all the right pieces. It's a NorthPole tent (the full tent image is from the Bed Bath & Beyond website - we matched it as best we could to what we saw in the bag). Caveat: the zipper of the outside bag is frozen, so it doesn't seal completely, but everything fits inside and the handles work. This is a fair offer policy item, so no pickup prior to Monday at 10 am - thanks for respecting that.
