Gas fire (Valor FLAMENCO UNIGAS III) (Bolsover S44) Gifted 317d - Old, came with the house, but not wanted. Gas Safety Inspection Report says poor combustion and it did not pass, but otherwise no idea what condition. Gas supply disconnected, but still fixed to the wall. Available for collection, if you are able to remove it without too much damage.

shed (Bolsover S44) Gifted 1y - 8' x 6' shed, old and will need new roofing felt and minor repairs. Glass ok and safely set aside, all now taken apart. Too big for my car, so you will need to colect with suitabe transport to take it away.
