Main section is 167 x199cm square. This is a good quality deep pile carpet - it’s been rolled in the loft , but only for 6 months. The carpet is wool but has been treated with moth proofer. It’s heavy and you need a car big enough to pick up.

3 x BabyDan Guard Me Auto Foldable Safety Guard All Widths (55cm - 89cm). I’m including some extra parts for a 4th gate too. One set of instructions only and only one tool that lets you make the gates wider / narrower - hence going as one lot. They are dismantled and ready for pick up. These have to screwed to the wall. Pick up Friday pm or Saturday as I want them gone.

This is two parts of a confortable modular sofa in soft grey fabric , we have been using to extend an existing sofa to give more seating. Note neither end of the sections are finished so you can see black fabric bolts. It can be fixed together the other way. Fabric is clean no stains - it’s always go throws on. Whole thing as seen in pic is 196cm wide 127cm deep 100cm high The sections are Single 82cm wide 105cm deep 100cm high Corner wedge 125cm x 126cm 100cm high You’ll need a van - it does not fit in a big car the corner section is a really awkward shape to fit in a car- does go through house doors ok
