Free: Child’s bunk bed with desk & seat (Stamford PE9) White single bunk bed, with integral desk, shelves and cosy seating area underneath. Mattress and blue seat cushions included. Some chips and marks to paint and woodwork but frame is sound.

Free: Freestanding lamp (Stamford PE9) Gifted Takes E27 screw fitting type bulbs. Black and chrome finish. Some scratches on the black paint.

Free: Home office desk and cabinets (Stamford PE9) Gifted Corner desk, 1m wide x 1m deep Side unit with set of drawers, 45cm wide x 48.5 deep Side unit filing cabinet (same dimensions) All are 74.5cm high Light wood finish. NOTE: this has been heavily used and shows wear and tear of the worktops, but if that won’t bother you, this is a great desk. Also I have had to modify the structure a bit due to original assembly points getting damaged but once it is up and in place, you won’t notice and it is all perfectly stable. Note: keyboard, mouse, screen and contents shown in photo are NOT included - furniture only!

Free: Wood shelf and wall brackets (Stamford PE9) Gifted High quality shelving board. Approx 2m long, 31cm deep, 2cm thick, can be cut to any smaller size. Engineered wood that doesn’t flex. Pine appearance. Five metal wall brackets, painted white

Free: Futon - sofa converts to double bed (Stamford PE9) Expired White futon, converts from sofa to double bed. Wooden frame underneath that folds out. Please note that the mattress has had a few rips that have been repaired with duct tape that has held up fine some time. Also the mattress has some marks / stains. However it doesn’t notice when the canvas cover is on the sofa or bedsheets are used on the mattress. Will give away the blue cushions in the picture too if wanted.

Free: BBQ (Stamford PE9) Gifted Charcoal bbq. Quite old and rusty, some bits have rusted through, but still works ok once cleaned up. Cooking area is 57cm x 40cm, perfect for a family of 4. On wheels with handy shelf in front and below.
