- Used but in good condition. 4 binders from 2” to 4”. Presentation binder in very good shape had about 20 sleeves with a durable cover. Also about 100 loose plastic sleeves that can be used in the 3 ring binders. Some of the loose sleeves have small printed labels on them from prior use.

- While remodeling the attic, we found 100-year-old pieces of rolled up newspaper from the Boston Globe. It is extremely fragile, breaks as you unroll it, but gives an interesting glimpse into the past!

- Epson wf3520 multifunction printer, scanner, fax, copier with WiFi. It also does duplex print/scan. It works but has been very finicky with the 3rd party ink that I’ve been buying. It is currently out of yellow ink and it won’t let you do anything at all until the yellow ink is replaced (can’t print black & white or even use the scanner). I have some unused black and blue ink that I am giving away with it, but you’ll need to buy at least a yellow cartridge to get it to work.
