Free: Christmas Tree (Oughtibridge S35) Gifted About 4-5 ft. Easy to assemble (in 2 parts plus stand), opens up really full. Only reason I'm letting it go is that my house is small and I got a slimmer one.

Free: Pane of Glass (Oughtibridge S35) Expired This was removed from garage window, 20-40 yrs old so won't be safety glass. 34 x 20 1/2 inches.

Free: Laminate flooring cherry (Oughtibridge S35) Gifted Cherry laminate flooring. This is at least 20 yrs old, stored in damp garage but looks in decent condition, 2 packs and a couple of loose ones. Approx 50 x 8 inches.

Free: Single divan bed with drawers (Oughtibridge S35) Gifted 20 + ys old but has been a guest bed so only slept in two or three weeks per year. Pet free non-smoking home.

Free: Sofa and chair leather (Oughtibridge S35) Gifted Brown leather sofa and chair. Sturdy and comfy but cosmetic issues! Chair is badly faded with some scuffing of the leather at the top of the back. Sofa is badly scratched back left (right when viewed from front) plus a smaller amount of scratches on front. Fire safety info see photo. Stored in garage so the sooner collected the better. Sofa 190 x 100 Chair 84 X 100
