- This is a corner computer desk, 104cm square (but with two edges cut off), 76cm high, now disassembled for moving. Laminated chipboard. A bit scratched on top but definitely functional. Currently at an address at Leominster but can be brought over to Presteigne if more convenient for collection.

- Three piece suite, including a 2 seater settee, a manual lever style recliner chair and a normal chair. Cute country cottage fabric. In reasonable condition from a smoke and pet free home. We had it second hand about 5 years ago. No fire labels but I have seen a similar item from the range with a fire label, so I can only assume these were cut off prior to us having the set. They are comfy and the only reason for us getting rid of them is that we are inheriting a newer sofa and recliner.

- Just in case anyone has an urgent need for a freezer, even if only temporary. On offer, an old chest freezer, approx 90cm wide I think, standard height and depth, in my mum’s house in Leominster at the moment so will update with dimensions in due course. In good working condition, as in it keeps things frozen, not sure how old it is but at least 20 years - it was in the house when they bought it. Used in a garage so a bit rusty. If I can bring it over to Presteigne it can be picked up from here, otherwise it can be picked up from Leominster. Or, if I can fit it in the car I can deliver anywhere between Leominster and Presteigne, within reason, and even via Knighton if required. But I do need to check it can fit in the car first before I promise to deliver! This needs to be gone asap as we are clearing the house, so if no takers, the council will be picking it up for disposal.

- Reasonably good condition, a bit dusty as they have been stored in a shed but they would clean up perfectly well. Some chipping marks on black finish but not too much, and I am sure these could be sanded and repainted if desired. Includes fixings. Take one or both. 3ft width, standard length.

- This is coming out soon as we are having some work done to our en-suite. It is far too small for an ensuite but just the right size for a cloakroom toilet. If no one wants it it will have to go to the dump, which I would really wish to avoid doing. In good condition, but it probably needs a new tap.

- Light oak colour, not sure of actual wood, top and bottom are two separate parts that fit together, but come apart for moving. Bottom unit has 3 drawers, top unit has glass doors, light fitting, and shelving. G Plan so good quality, if a little old fashioned. 30+ years old.

- Good working order, the lid handle has broken but it can easily be lifted up without a handle. We got it second hand so no idea how old, but works well, we just needed a bigger one (freezers are never big enough, are they?!). H88cm, w80cm, d70cm - it is bigger than a washing machine but probably not as big as two side by side, if that helps. We used it in the garage and never had any issues with it being in a potentially hot or cold environment, though I don’t know for sure if it was designed for use in an outbuilding, but it never got too iced up and we didn’t need to defrost it that often. We’d be happy for you to come and view it before deciding.

- This is a large handmade wooden box, approx dimensions L 4ft, W 18”, H 13”. (120cm x 46cm x 33cm). Constructed out of a kind of chipboard I think. Inherited from family, not sure of previous use, but could be used for storing tools etc. Just too good to be burned on a bonfire. Can deliver if not too far away.

- Light oak colour, G Plan storage unit for dining or sitting room. Comes apart for easy lifting and moving. Base unit has a cutlery drawer and two plain drawers, top unit has open shelving and glass fronted doors with a back light. 40 plus years old but still in reasonable condition. Inherited from elderly relatives and sadly unwanted. Height of base unit 61cm Height of top unit 126cm Width 81cm Depth of base unit 49cm Depth of top unit 30cm I have a larger matching unit as well if you are interested.
