Height 77cm, width 105cm, depth 70cm. Homemade (but I don’t know who by), and very sturdy, with folding legs so it can be stowed away. The folds cleverly lock out when it is upright so it is pretty safe, though maybe don’t let children play on it. The top is a bit rough and weather worn, but could be replaced. Too good for firewood.

Three office style drawers with runners, they just need a carcass to go in! One drawer has a lock and it used to lock all three at once, but now it is out of the desk, maybe it won’t do that anymore.... Far too good to throw. Drawer size 33cm wide by 44.5cm long by 8.5cm internal depth.

This is approx 9 years old, we bought it as a refurbished second, rather than second hand, and it has worked fine for us, though now looking to offload it as we have just swapped it for a narrower one as there wasn’t quite enough space for the cupboard side we needed to support a worktop over. Comes with the water connector pipe and a waste water pipe, so it is ready to plug and go, as it were. Collection only.

Large office desk, drawers lockable, some damage and diy repair from last time it was dismantled and transported but was easily repaired with a couple of L shaped brackets and doesn’t affect the desk’s functionality. Now dismantled again for transportation. Quite large (and heavy) so probably needs a large car or trailer. Size 161cm long by 132cm deep by 72cm high, so you will need a van, trailer or roof rack to move the table top part as it doesn’t fit into the back of an estate car.

Three piece suite, including a 2 seater settee, a manual lever style recliner chair and a normal chair. Cute country cottage fabric. In reasonable condition from a smoke and pet free home. We had it second hand about 5 years ago. No fire labels but I have seen a similar item from the range with a fire label, so I can only assume these were cut off prior to us having the set. They are comfy and the only reason for us getting rid of them is that we are inheriting a newer sofa and recliner.

Just in case anyone has an urgent need for a freezer, even if only temporary. On offer, an old chest freezer, approx 90cm wide I think, standard height and depth, in my mum’s house in Leominster at the moment so will update with dimensions in due course. In good working condition, as in it keeps things frozen, not sure how old it is but at least 20 years - it was in the house when they bought it. Used in a garage so a bit rusty. If I can bring it over to Presteigne it can be picked up from here, otherwise it can be picked up from Leominster. Or, if I can fit it in the car I can deliver anywhere between Leominster and Presteigne, within reason, and even via Knighton if required. But I do need to check it can fit in the car first before I promise to deliver! This needs to be gone asap as we are clearing the house, so if no takers, the council will be picking it up for disposal.
