Brand new white plastic toilet seat with fittings. Was supplied with complete W.C. set but is not a soft close seat, so was replaced before being fitted. Collection from East Looe.

Washing machine (PL13)

Zanussi IZ 161 W washing machine with quick wash (about 50 minutes) and 1400 rpm spin speed. Washes well and doesn't leak, but makes a squeaking sound when starting up. If you are interested I can send a video via email or WhatsApp. Will need two strong people to collect from East Looe.

Marquee 6 x 4 m (PL13)

Marquee. Approximately 6 x 4 m. Poles are in great condition. All covers are present, four walls and roof. However they are not in great condition. The marquee was used in July 2023, and kept us dry after filling some holes with silicone sealant. The whole disassembled marquee is quite heavy and would need an estate car, or small van for transportation from East Looe.

Hotpoint Iced Diamond freezer 135h x 60d x 50w cms. Four wire baskets, one bottom plastic drawer, and one fast freeze compartment. In good working order. Has been stored in my garage, so could do with a clean. Collection from East Looe, or can deliver within 10 miles for £10.
