Beko Built-in Electric Fan Oven - OIM22300 (Barton-on-Sea BH25)
Working electric oven but has a few issues. Would be perfectly serviceable for anyone who needs a stopgap, still life left in it. Bottom element has stopped working. Grill, top element and fan element have been recently replaced. The fan motor has also been recently replaced. So cooking food on many settings is still fine. Other issues, it needs a good clean (sorry). You would need to connect a power cord to the back (not supplied). The door works fine, but will come off brackets if lifted up vertically. No shelves (the ones in photo not supplied) Does come with the original instructions and because some of the decals on the main dial have come off there is a blow up supplied. H 595 x W 594 x D 567

This 32" full HD 1080p TV is in great condition, EXCEPT for one weird thing, there is a yellow discolouration issue. Can be adjusted to black and white and used as a TV, otherwise for repair / spares etc. (Sometimes it works okay initially but the dreaded YELLOW will appear 20-60 minutes into viewing). This TX-L32V10B model has a Freesat full HD tuner so will need a Sky dish. There is a standard input for an aerial too, but just Freeview SD and not Freeview HD. Comes with many inputs/outputs (photo shows 3 x HDMI, but there is 4th one underneath). Instructions and remote are in original box and polystyrene packaging.

In good working condition and very clean inside. All the shelves and main tray are clean and included. (We were unable to use this oven as our gas pipe position meant it would not fit sadly) The oven can be fitted in standard units, width and depth 60 cm There is some corrosion on the top but will be unseen once fitted. There are a few tiny marks on chrome frontage and two of the numbers for the timer are missing, but hardly noticeable. Dining Table size 150l x 90w x 77h cm. Excellent condition apart from discolouration due to having a jigsaw puzzle on it in a sunny room (see pics). Still very sturdy with loads of life left in it. Legs come off for transportation.
