Generous size 6 unisex wellies with expandable calf option. Hardly used and great for muddy dog walks or clearing the allotment. I use my own insoles which I’ve removed so you will need to add yours when you use them. Collection before Saturday morning or they’re off to the shoe bank.

Morphy Richards Fastbake bread maker. Perfect working order with recipe guide. Blade is scratched but doesn’t affect anything. Haven’t bought shop bread for a long time as this makes a lovely loaf where all the ingredients are known. I’ve upgraded to a different breadmaker so don’t need this one now.

Each individual tile is 22mm x 72mm and they are on a mesh backing so they come as one sheet which is appx. 320mm x 280mm. I have 2 new sheets and a few odd tiles. Free to collect.

Door 1 Internal pine door that’s never been used. Has been stored on overhead rack in garage so is dry. Slight stain in bottom left which is either oil or shed n fence paint but could be easily painted over. Dimensions 203.2 cm H x 81.3 cm W x 34mm thick. Door 2 Original internal wood and glass kitchen door from our 30’s house. Stored off the ground so wood is dry. Has some white paint on edge which can easily be sanded off. Dimensions 196.8 cm H x 75.5 cm W x 34 mm thick. Moving so need to let them go. You will need to arrange transport as I haven’t got roof racks.

Nearly a full roll of new insulating lining paper with graphite for extra heat retention. Left over after lining a room. Great to help keep the heating bills down over winter. Free to collect as soon as possible.

Xmas Tree (Almondbury HD5)

Realistic looking Xmas tree which looks like it has a light frosting of snow on some branches. Dimensions are 228cm high by 109 cm wide. Each ring section of tree from large branches at the bottom to smaller at the top are colour and letter coded and simply slot into the groove on the main 'trunk' Held up via a sturdy base. Some of the branches are in separate bags as they never fitted back into the original box - always the way. Looks great when it is all decorated. Needs collecting as soon as possible as I am moving house.
