Patio Chairs (Columbia Rd, by Fairway Hills) Gifted Stool-size swivel chairs, metal w/ plastic strapping for seat and backs. In decent condition. On two of them, one strap has pulled loose. Still sturdy and probably an easy fix. Having deck work done soon, so if you're interested, you'd need to p/u quickly.

Wrought Iron Patio Furn (Columbia Rd, by Fairway Hills) Gifted (UPDATE: PENDING P/U) Black wrought iron table and two chairs. (Umbrella stand in the photo stays... so does the dog... haha.) They could use repainting but are perfectly functional as is. Must be p/u'd in one week. Otherwise, I'll have to have them p/u'd as bulk trash by the county.

Leather Living Room Set (S/L/C) (Columbia Rd, by Fairway Hills) Gifted UPDATE: PENDING P/U (w/one back up). Free all-leather LR set, modern style, sofa, loveseat, and chair. Has some wear areas but no rips or tears. Bad news: These will not be available until early Nov. (when my new set is ready). But that also means you'll have plenty of time to make arrangements (truck rental, 1-2 people to help move, etc). This is on a first floor of a townhouse. Pretty easy move; about 50 feet from my LR to the street. Let me know if you need measurements.

New Can Opener (Columbia Rd, by Fairway Hills) Gifted Bought from Amazon on 7/27/24 for $25. It usually works, but sometimes you have to re-insert the can a few times before it functions properly. They issued a refund and told me to give it away. So it's up for grabs, esp. for someone who can fiddle around with it to make it work better.

Bed Frame (Off of Columbia Rd) Withdrawn Perfectly good bed frame. Not sure if it's queen or king. It comes with a middle rail equipped with a center support leg, so might be king. If you're interested, I'll leave it on my front steps. When you see it, if it's not the size you need, no problem if you just leave it. Has to be gone before Thur trash day.

Full-size W+D, Working (Off of Columbia Rd) Gifted Whpl (LXR7244JQ1) agitator washer, and an Admiral (AED4675Q1) electric dryer (220v); both working. 15+ yrs old. They are about 30" (w) x 30" (d) x 43" (h). I have a new set coming 7/25. So take one or take both. You'll need a truck and two strong people to carry these out. They're in my basement laundry room but it's a walkout to the back deck, no stairs. (Columbia Rd, bet 108 + LPP)
