Aspace New England wooden mid sleeper bed. Very good quality and condition. Approx measurements 2m (L) x 102cm (W) x 118.5 (H). Does not include mattress. Has been disassembled. No assembly instructions, but it’s fairly easy to work out and you could probably find the instructions online for this or a similar bed. Ladder can be positioned at either end. One of the screws to hold the ladder on is missing, but this does not affect it as there are several other screws to hold it on, and you could find a replacement. Has some kids stickers on that need cleaning off. Please let me know when you can collect.

When replying please let me know when you can collect. Sure flap microchip cat flap. I was given this by someone else and believe it works. It’s just not suitable for us. Can be used on wooden or plastic doors or plasterboard walls. All the parts are there except it only has the mounting screws for the thickness of door it was in (originally would have come with 3 different length). But you could easily use some other screws. It also has the mounting frame if you wanted to put in a glass door. Operates with all 9,10 and 15 digit microchips commonly used for pets. Comes with instruction manual. Requires 4 type C batteries.

Medela electric single breast pump. Haven’t used it for a while, but far as I know it still works and all the parts are there. Was sterilised before putting away. No instructions but you should be able to find these online. Also some breast milk storage bags. Packet has been opened, but not the remaining bags and I believe these are sterile if unopened. Also Tommy Tippee microwave steriliser. Don’t have instructions for this but again you should be able to find online. Please let me know when you can collect.

These are lovely tiles from Porcelain Superstore leftover from our kitchen. Vintage style and all unique. Tiles measure 100 x 200 mm (7mm thick). 50 tiles covers 1m sq. All intact. Available: Harmony Sky Decor tiles (20). Mixture of 6 different patterns. Harmony Sky tiles (70). Harmony Stone tiles (28). Ideally to go all together but let me know if you are interested in just some of them.
