8ft long 6tt wide 5ft high at side. 7ft high at peak The walls are solid and appear to be rot free. You can see that the OSB on the roof has gone at the edges and needs replacing. I've pulled the felt off to illustrate that. So you would need 2 sheets of that and some felt to make this good again. The green colour is just from the trees above it, it's not moss or wood paint. Garden furniture not included.

Lawn Edging - Smart Edge (Mattingley RG27)

One roll of 'smart edge' lawn edging together with tie down pegs. I haven't measured it but the standard rolls are 10m and this looks about that. It has never been used.

Small Pet Run and Cage (Woking GU21)

Chrome plated steel 8 run for small animals, pulls apart and stores flat. By removing sections you can make it smaller or larger but as shown in picture it is about 95cm diameter. It is 25cm high. Also one exercise ball. I also have a large gerbil / hamster cage but there is a crack in the base. We held it together with duct tape for years, but a less lazy person could easily araldite it. 67cm x 37cm x 52cm Also a bag of sawdust and a bag of hay and some gerbil food. Collect from near Hartley Wintney or Woking
