Computer desk (Sutton NR12)

- A computer desk in good condition, some chips at the front of the desk top and around bottom from general use but drawers all work fine. It used to house a computer tower, you could probably modify to make the area under the desk more useful for storage. The desk top comes off, as do the legs, and it can be fully disassembled if needed as the main unit is heavy. Plenty of life left in it, but I need to clear it as soon as possible. Any interested parties to collect from NR12

Solid wood fireplace surround (Sutton NR12)

- This is a solid wood fireplace surround in the Victorian style. It is in very good condition, except from some paint marks around the skirting board area and halfway up where there was a dado rail. The top of the surround is 138cm wide and 24cm deep. The width of the vertical supports is 127 to the outside edges and the aperture is 67cm wide. This item is heavy and does not come apart so any interested parties will have to collect it in a large car or van

- This is a sofabed in fair condition, certainly has more life in it, it's comfortable and the mechanism to turn into a bed is in full working order. It has a label saying it is fire resistant. It is heavy so anyone interested would have to collect it and would need a van or large car.

- This is a Victorian dressing table, in good condition for it's age, the mirror has some foxing which you would expect, otherwise a solid piece of furniture. Any interested parties must collect, I think the mirror and small drawer do come off as there's a couple of screws at the back, so this may help with transporting it.

- I have 7 four-panel doors, all in good condition. They are all based on the standard size of 1981x838x35, but some have been slightly altered. The sizes are; 1980x836x35 1975x835x35 1977x835x35 1972x835x35 1977x835x35 1980x835x35 1979x832x35 Anyone interested must collect from NR12. Ideally I would like them all taken by one person but I can split them.

- This is a single cafe style chair in ox blood leather. It is in good condition, though it has some cat scratches on the front and top of each arm. We have a throw over it and It's very comfortable. The chair is approximately 83cm wide and 87cm deep and quite heavy so you will need a large car or van. Pick up only from Sutton.

- This is a two seater leather sofa in dark brown. The sofa is in good condition, but the photos show that it has had a bit of attention from our cats in the past and each side is slightly scratched. The sofa is approximately 140cm long and 87cm deep. Pick up only, the sofa is quite heavy and depending on the day of collection I may be able to help you get it into your car/van. - This wardrobe is .50m deep, 1.82m high and 2.30m long. It is in excellent condition, all doors and drawers are in full working order, the ONLY issue is that there is no back to the two wardrobes on left and right of the mirrored doors. This does not cause an issue when it is placed close to a wall and could be rectified with some hardboard. The will have to be collected from New Road Sutton, I will leave it up til it is requested, but it would be helpful if the person who asks for it can assist me with taking it apart for easier transportation.
