See photos. I bought this guitar about 12 years ago and it has been sitting unused for the last 10 or so. It's a good beginner model for someone who's new at the bass and trying to learn. Will almost certainly need new strings. Has a sticker on the back from a local artist in arcata, california from about 12 years ago.

Good sized couch, still in good condition. Normal wear but no tears or damage. Approx. 110 inches wide, 70 inches long on chaise side. Separates into 2 pieces. Must be able to carry it out of my apartment (1 flight of stairs).

40 inch vizio TV with stand included. The physical buttons on the TV itself don't work, but with a remote the TV works as good as it did when I got it. I use an old Comcast remote, which you can have too if you want, but any universal remote should work.
