This is a flameless lighter for cigarettes of whatever type. It uses battery-powered plasma arcs. You can't light a candle with it, for example. I have the charging cord. It's a simple, standard type, mini USB into the lighter, and regular USB end to plug into a computer, etc. So you need a USB port or wall adapter to charge it. This item is for PERSONAL USE; not resale, please. :)
