Condition Used - Fair Brand Char-Broil Type Flat Top Grill Fuel Type Propane Configuration Freestanding Color Silver Four burner with side burner for pot. Igniter mechanism needs replacing or just light with a match. Needs a quick cleaning from the previous owner who gave it to me but I never used it and so am paying it forward by giving it away to you. Previous owner said he had no issues with it other than needing to light it with a match. Does not include a propane tank. Ready for curbside pickup at your convenience. I’m good about taking ads down as soon as items are no longer available, so don’t message asking if it is available. Instead, message with the day/time you wish to pick it up.

Executive desk and cabinet (Edina, MN 55435)

Large, u-shaped, executive desk with drawers and hutch plus matching, cabinet We are moving in a couple of weeks and I can’t take it with me. Does not include computer, monitor, or printer. I left those in the photos for scale. Total footprint is 95” wide, 95” deep, and 67” high. Hutch comes off easily. You and another strong person will need to partially disassemble the rest. I can provide guidance but am unable to disassemble or help carry the parts. You’re welcome to borrow my flatbed wagon to take the parts from our apartment to your vehicle. It is clean and in good condition, but with a few water marks and slight discoloration by the keyboard. We are in an apartment with straight hallways, a freight elevator that I can reserve for you, and a loading dock that you can pull your pickup or whatever truck you’ll come with.
