Sectional sofa custom made by Clad Home in LA . 2 pieces - left piece has a pull out queen sleeper sofa right piece is a chaise. Dimensions of each piece: Chaise part is 96 long, 40 deep. Pullout section is 84 long + the depth of the chaise section = 124 It’s very comfy and is in really nice condition. In basement so doesn’t need to be carried down any stairs.

This is a cal king platform bedframe form CB2. There are some scratches on the wood part but it’s got a lot of life left. The headboard is padded and upholstered in a flax colored performance linen.
