Arm chair dimensions: Back height: 40" Seat height: 22" Width: 31" Depth: 27.5" Ottoman dimensions Height: 19" Width: 20" Depth: 29" Details: -Extremely comfortable- soft fluffy cushion in a firm and well built wooden frame. -Frame and cushions are slightly worn with wear but still look good and feel great. -Used in a house with dogs and has dog hair but there have been no accidents on it. -Free from ghosts, curses and bed bugs. -Well loved, looking for a good home.
