Shopping/Allotment trolley (Pannal HG2)

Waterproof shopping trolley which has been used for going back and forth to the allotment, carrying soily potatoes, gardening tools etc, so either it needs a major blitz clean (perfectly possible) or it is suitable for your allotment or whatever.
