Prorider road king (Parkside SK7)

Was given this some time ago but I can't get it to work. I have tested the batteries which read full, it makes a noise when turned on but it wi t work. It has been outside a while and I was told this was the case at the previous owners. I have the keys and the charger to go with it. You will need a large vehicle and at least two strong people. I have managed to pump the tyres up and they have stayed inflated so it is push able. As I'm really struggling with my mobility atm I won't be able to help move this. Please state when you can collect, I'm a single mum of 3 and 2 of my kids are autistic so daytime during the school day would be ideal. This may not be salvageable but there is likely some parts that could be used if it's not fixable. Thanks
