Plywood/drywall, Hardy backer board (East side of Tucson)

Making a little cottage-style building (similar to the photo) to use as a pottery studio.
I am just reaching out to all the kind, local Tucson folks to see if there may be some stuff taking up space that I could haul off and use in my project. *Dirty/dusty doesn't matter.

Okay, so I still need:
Some 2x4’s or larger dimensional wood (any)
Drywall (scraps or sheets)
Plywood (scraps or sheets)
Hardie/Hardy backer/waterproof board
Insulation (clean used is absolutely fine)

I will pick-up whenever is convenient for YOU.

Also in the market for a ceramics kiln and pug mill.
