This is on our porch, covered. It is about 40 years old and the fabric is worn, but is still structurally sound and comfortable to sit on/lay down. It is a sofa bed, but hasn't been used much as that. A smoke free, dog friendly home. It is very heavy. The cushion covers zip off for washing. Does anyone want just the pillows?

Pick up almost anytime, if you have help. My son may be able to help if needed, but not guaranteed.
