refrigerated coffee (Lafayette)

I have about...3 gallons in my work fridge that need to go. Ideas that people on Nextdoor have given me are using it to fertilize plants/yards (google it to see if you need to add water), freezing it in ice cube trays to use for smoothies or other specialty drinks or desserts), or making coffee jello out of it, topping it with whipped cream. Anyone want any?
