Kitchen, double oven & gas hob (Frimley)

Well-used kitchen cupboards, drawers & sink.
Approx 15 years old. Some of the cupboard & drawer doors will need some attention or replacing as some of the trim is coming away. Please see photos.

The worktop is 8 years old but is in pretty good condition.

The double electric oven and gas hob are included. They are both well used. One of the right hand gas rings on the hob doesn't work at present but that might be able to be fixed.

It might be a fairly old and well-loved kitchen but it could do someone a turn or perhaps it could go into a rental property...

The collector will need to dismantle and remove all the units etc between Monday 20th & Saturday 25th January (i.e. the collector will need to uninstall the worktop & kitchen units from the walls). You will need to bring a gas safe plumber with you to remove the gas hob and also an electrician to remove the electric oven.

Anyone interested will need to come and view the kitchen beforehand to be sure it's suitable for your needs

Please note that the bar stools, tap, microwave, butchers block & washing machine shown in the photos are not included in the sale. The bar stools will be listed separately. I'm keeping the other items including possibly the lino.
