Ikea Sofa bed (New Malden KT3)

In good condition (I.e. works fine pulled out as a sofa bed) but might need a fabric clean as there are some spots from spills (spot cleaned but not fully cleaned). Pick up only, might need a couple of strong men to help navigate it down one flight of stairs (my husband can help but a third pair of hands might be better)
