blue micro suede sofa (Boxgrove, Markham, Ontario)

Seats 2 adults or 3 kids, in fair condition. One 3 inch tear on 1 armrest but no other tears. 2 of the bottom corner bases are loose but slide under sofa and are sturdy. This needs to be moved from the basement to main floor.
